The Black Duck Corporation is excited about offering this much-requested PHYSICAL SURVEILLANCE training, August 16-20, 2021 at Durham Tech. Community College, 2401 Snow Hill Road Durham, NC 27712
This 45-hour course is tuition-free to North Carolina law enforcement agencies.

This training will provide narcotics and criminal investigators the knowledge of proper planning methods and techniques for conducting a successful foot, vehicle, and stationary surveillance operation in an urban setting. Participants will receive instruction on: Operational Planning, Concealment Techniques, Prior Intelligence of Target Assessment, Safety Issues, Infiltration and Exfiltration Techniques, Equipment Needs, Personnel and Surveillance Strategies. This is a hands-on training exercise conducted under arduous conditions. Participants should possess a working knowledge of video equipment and be prepared to use it during training.

This course is 90% fieldwork. You will need a covert or unmarked vehicle and one video camera for every three (3) people. Please do not intend on using marked vehicles in this class. Out of state Agencies must make payment arrangements with Durham Tech Community College. Agencies must provide hotel, lodging, meals, and transportation.

Participants will receive continuing education college credits from Pamlico Community College.

SURVEILLANCE, this much-requested training September 27- October 1, 2021, through Pamlico Community College in Grantsboro, North Carolina. This 45-hour course is tuition-free to North Carolina law enforcement agencies. This 45-hour course is tuition-free to North Carolina law enforcement agencies. Out of state Agencies must make payment arrangements at Central Piedmont Community College. Agencies must provide hotel, lodging, meals, and transportation. Participants will receive continuing education college credits.
